Northbank is a large-scale development on the banks of the Delaware River.
The 35-acre site will include townhomes, condos, retail and public green spaces along the Philadelphia waterfront. The overarching brand identity for the neighborhood started with the name, Northbank, helping to locate the neighborhood geographically—north of downtown and above the Ben Franklin bridge—and denotes that the area is bigger than a single residence, or a small collection of homes.
A custom logotype, inspired by the specific geometry of the architecture, a website, a state-of-the-art sales center and collateral package all helped to paint the vision of this new neighborhood to prospective homebuyers. The sales launch occurred during the pandemic meaning everything had to be virtual, including the virtual grand opening event that led to over 50 home sales in just the first eight weeks.
